On my desk 2

As I was totally disorganised (if you read my blog/s regularly, you might notice that this is a common problem with me...I'm very "fly by the seat of my pants") and didn't do Kirsty's "on my desk" last week, here's a late instalment.

A couple of things on my desk at work today.
Corner o' vintage books and knick knacks, because, well we don't want work to be too "work-like" do we? The sea urchin skeleton I found at Shoreham beach and perched upon it is Mike Owl who likes "Iced Vo-vos, sunny days and sewing." The Eiffel Tower was brought back from Paris for me by Jenny (from work), and Katey B sent me the South Carolina snowdome. Kittah pepper shaker from an op-shop.

The other thing on my desk is a mailing envelope from Aunty Cookie, which made me laugh and laugh when I got it, due to the fact that Dame Elisabeth Murdoch is talking to me. I thought I'd take a pic for posterity before I recycle the envelope:

My computer desk here is scattered with goodly "chicks" CDs that I've been receiving through Justine's swap. So far, Amy Winehouse is nominated by me as the singer of choice for Kewl-Krafting-Kchicks, as she's appeared on a few of the ones so far. The Detroit Cobras are also popular. No complaints from me.

So much good stuff on that desk of yours Steph. Aunty Cookie made me giggle too.
