How ya goin' Noel, could ya go a Chicko Roll?

I don't know about Noel, but I'm very pleased with how my Chicko Roll turned out, mostly courtesy of the luverly Kirsty who brought me the embroidery panel at the last Brown Owls meeting, as well as sharing some of her darling kitty fabric for me to make it with. Vintage button and a pink hair elastic - et voila! It's a bit fatter because I ironed on some Vilene to the embroidery panel to pad it up a bit, and it's full o'my girlie crap, but that is the point after all! Thanks Kirsty, you rock!

Kerry will be happy to see that my coveting of her Nanna basket can now stop, as I scored my own at the Kew East oppy yesterday. (And more credence for Kirsty's "universe will provide" op-shopping theory.)


Lots of owlie fun, and I liked the fact that it was a BYO project as we got to see all the exciting stuff the other Brownies do. And I'll never tire of hearing Kitty's stoned koala joke.
